Meridian Idaho, Centrally Located

in the Treasure Valley and recognizable by its distinctive yellow water tower, Meridian offers excellent schools, affordable real estate, and many recreational opportunities and all within a short distance of Boise. Originally a farming community, Meridian has grown into a city of its own with many resources for its residents, still while maintaining its small town charm.  - Meridian Idaho Snapshot

Although close in proximity to Boise,

Meridian real estate can be more affordable than Boise due to the enormous growth Meridian experienced in the 1990's and early 2000's. Meridian real estate provides many types, sizes and price ranges in homes for sale. Downtown Meridian include older homes built in the 40's and 50's – with vintage charm. On the outskirts of the city, newer and larger homes are located in neighborhoods close to schools, parks and shopping areas. Ranches ranging in size from 1-5 acres allow for animals or just wide open space beyond the neighborhoods.
